We provide ongoing HR/IR support, manage all general HR administration, draft employment-related documents, develop policies and procedures, facilitate retrenchment administration, support industrial action processes, and manage all electronic communication with unions.

We handle all IR documentation, disciplinary processes, and consultations, including drafting notices, conducting hearings, supporting organisational registrations, attending union meetings, and representing the employer at the CCMA and bargaining councils (excluding DRC/MIBCO) – conditional to employer organisation membership.

We manage full payroll administration, reporting, leave records, electronic payslips, UIF declarations, UI19 documents, bi-annual reconciliation reports, and annual COIDA ROE submissions, ensuring accurate compliance and efficient payroll processing.
