Payroll Services
Our Payroll Services provide accurate, compliant, and confidential payroll administration tailored to your business requirements. We ensure timely processing, statutory compliance, and reliable reporting to give you complete peace of mind.
The service fee includes:
- Payroll administration and capturing based on information provided by the client
- Comprehensive payroll reporting, including pay registers, net pay reports, EMP201 reports, leave reports, and 12-month summaries
- Leave record keeping and tracking
- Electronic payslip distribution via email (printed payslips quoted separately)
- Submission of UIF declarations to the Department of Employment and Labour
- Drafting of UI19 forms and salary schedulesve support during industrial action
- Bi-annual IRP5 and IT3(a) reporting

Labour Relations Support
Our Labour Relations Support service provides structured, legally compliant management of workplace discipline and dispute processes. We ensure that all procedures are conducted fairly, professionally, and in accordance with South African labour legislation.
The service fee includes:
- Drafting of disciplinary hearing notices
- Drafting of suspension notices
- Management and facilitation of disciplinary hearings, poor work performance hearings, counselling sessions, and consultations
- Registration with an employer’s organisation (once-off fee applicable if and when required)
- Representation at the CCMA and relevant bargaining councils (excluding DRC and MIBCO matters)
- Attendance at union meetings and structured engagement with organised labour
All processes are conducted online to ensure efficiency and accessibility. Should in-person hearings be required, travelling and related costs will be quoted separately.
